On October 21, 2014, DAFI student union in Aden had a football match with Al-Basateen team. The match was so heroic to win the cup; the DAFI team won the cup and added a new achievement for its archive. Also, in early October, INTERSOS bought a sport uniforms.
On August 31, the Albert Einstein German Academic Refugee Initiative (DAFI), and UNHCR‘s partner, INTERSOS organised a graduation celebration for Somali refugee students in Aden. 14 students received secondary school diplomas and post-secondary degrees from the ministries of Education and Higher Education, together with the respective academic institutions.
